For Contributors

SUBMISSIONS

All contributions other than the special theme articles (i.e., single articles, reflections on a particular article, book reviews, comments for the forum discussions and the audio-visual images) should be submitted to the SP/PT editor. Those articles which are invited or called for a special theme must be directly sent to the announced editors. Though flexible, suggested average length is 8000 words for the articles, 1500 words for the book reviews and 500 words for the comments. Prior to sending in your full article, you are welcome to submit an abstract in order to check the suitability of the topic and an estimated calendar for a possible publication.

GUIDELINES

All contributions must include a separate submission form and must be sent as a Microsoft Word file. All identifying information must be removed from the articles, if the authors prefer anonymous review. For stylistic purposes, authors are suggested to consult with the list of examples provided for the frequently used types of citations. For the remaining, you are welcome to use the APA guidelines or your own disciplinary habitual style. Please avoid using footnotes, and in the case of using endnotes, make sure that the numbers given in the text match the ones given at the end. Final copies (after the possible revisions are made by the authors) must be sent back as Adobe pdf files.

REVIEW PROCESS

All contributions to the journal, that are found within the scope of SP/PT by the Editor, are reviewed openly (unless an anonymous review is requested by the author) by at least two reviewers who may be selected from within the Editorial / Mediation Group or the wider academic/professional community. Special theme editors are in charge of the review process and policy themselves.
